Frisian tail clock with double hood, early 19th century

Mordant red coloured cabinet. Day clockwork with double striking train. Strikes every quarter once and every hour and half hour fully on two different bells. Painted dials with lunar and date indications. Alarm clockwork with two weights. The vases and ornaments at the top are gilded with gold foil. Height: 170 centimetres, width: 44 centimetres.
